Terms of service
The rules for using Botwat.
Draft, pending legal review. This page describes how Botwat is built to work. It is not yet a binding legal document and will change before launch.
Last updated: draft, not yet effective.
The service
Botwat is an AI platform that helps local businesses manage and grow their Google Business Profile. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms for yourself and the business you represent.
You approve, we act
Botwat makes changes to your Google Business Profile, replies, posts and messages only after you approve them, or under an automation you switch on. You are responsible for what you approve. AI output can be wrong: please read it before approving.
Trial and payment
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed. Paid plans, credit packs and add-ons are priced as on the pricing page. Payments are not yet open; the payment terms will be added here before they are.
Google and other services
Botwat uses Google’s Business Profile API and other third-party services (see the sub-processor list). You must follow Google’s policies, including those on reviews. You may not use Botwat to fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews or gate reviews by rating.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
- No attempts to bypass limits, abuse public pages or probe other workspaces.
- You need the right to use any photos, documents and customer data you give us.
Your data
You own your content. We process personal data as described in the privacy page and the data processing agreement.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. The Review QR keeps working after a trial ends or a plan is cancelled. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms.
Warranty and liability
The wording of warranty, liability, governing law and dispute terms is pending legal review and will be added before launch.
