Google data is handled by the rules
Botwat uses Google’s official Business Profile API. Google data is cached for at most 28 days.
Your Google access stays locked away

The Review QR rewrites what a customer actually said. It does not gate by rating, offer incentives or make up reviews.

What is Botwat?

Is there a free trial?

Will Botwat change my profile without asking?
No. Every change is approved by you first, on WhatsApp or in the dashboard. Botwat does not invent hours, prices, offers or other facts.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
No. If you do not have one, Botwat guides you through creating and verifying one using Google’s supported process.
What are credits?
Plans include the everyday work: review replies, weekly rank scans, the monthly report, WhatsApp approvals and a chat allowance. Variable extras such as AI posters, extra chats and on-demand scans spend credits. You are never charged automatically when credits run out; the action simply waits.
Is the Review QR allowed by Google?
It is designed to follow Google’s review policy. Every customer sees the same Google review button whatever their rating, there are no incentives, and the AI only rewrites what the customer wrote.
Where is my data stored?
Customer data is stored and processed in the United States. EU data residency is planned for later. See the privacy page for sub-processors and retention.
Can I cancel any time?
